1. Acceptance

By accessing or using BizComp Intelligence, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

BizComp Intelligence is an AI-powered business intelligence platform for querying and analyzing public data on Belgian enterprises (CBE/KBO, NBB). The service is provided without registration via a natural language conversational interface.

3. Permitted Use

Look up public information on Belgian companies
Analyze financial data from public filings
Compare companies based on public data
Generate and share analysis reports for legitimate personal or professional purposes

4. Prohibited Uses

4.1 Technical Abuse

Circumventing or attempting to circumvent rate limiting mechanisms
Submitting automated requests (bots, scrapers) without prior written authorization
Intentionally overloading the service infrastructure
Attempting to access data, systems, or databases not intended for public access

4.2 Unlawful Uses

Using the service to harass, target, or surveil individuals
Compiling data on natural persons for unauthorized commercial profiling
Reusing analysis data in violation of third-party rights or applicable regulations
Using the service for illegal, fraudulent, or public-order-violating activities

4.3 AI Service Abuse

Attempting to extract, reproduce, or reverse-engineer underlying AI models
Submitting content designed to manipulate, deceive, or bias AI system outputs
Entering sensitive personal data into query fields

5. Data Accuracy & AI Limitations

BizComp is a decision-support tool based on generative AI. Analyses may contain errors or hallucinations. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Always verify against official sources before making decisions.

Displayed data originates from public sources (CBE/KBO, NBB). BizComp does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. The service applies rate limits that may change without notice.

6. Sharing Analyses

The share brief feature generates a public link. This link expires automatically after 7 days and cannot be revoked by the original sender — there is no authentication system. By using this feature, you acknowledge that shared content will be accessible to anyone with the URL until expiry.

7. Intellectual Property

The BizComp platform, interface, code, and logic are the exclusive property of their authors. Data from CBE/KBO and NBB is public data subject to their respective reuse terms. BizComp grants no ownership rights over this data.

8. Availability

BizComp is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or continuity of the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizComp disclaims all liability for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service, and is not liable for decisions made based on generated analyses. As the service is free, our total liability is limited to zero euros.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.

2. Description du service

BizComp Intelligence est une plateforme d'intelligence d'affaires IA permettant d'interroger des données publiques sur les entreprises belges (BCE/KBO, BNB), sans inscription, via une interface conversationnelle en langage naturel.

3. Utilisations autorisées

Consulter des informations publiques sur des entreprises belges
Analyser des données financières issues de dépôts publics
Comparer des entreprises sur la base de données publiques
Générer et partager des rapports d'analyse à des fins professionnelles ou personnelles légitimes

4. Utilisations interdites

4.1 Abus techniques

Contourner les mécanismes de limitation de débit
Soumettre des requêtes automatisées (bots, scrapers) sans autorisation préalable écrite
Surcharger volontairement l'infrastructure du service
Tenter d'accéder à des systèmes ou bases de données non destinés à l'accès public

4.2 Utilisations illicites

Harceler, cibler ou surveiller des individus
Compiler des données sur des personnes physiques pour un profilage commercial non autorisé
Réutiliser les données en violation des droits des tiers ou de la réglementation applicable
Utiliser le service pour des activités illégales ou contraires à l'ordre public

4.3 Abus du service IA

Tenter d'extraire ou de reverse-engineerer les modèles d'IA sous-jacents
Soumettre des contenus visant à manipuler ou biaiser les résultats du système IA
Introduire des données personnelles sensibles dans les champs de requête

5. Exactitude des données et limites de l'IA

BizComp est un outil d'aide à la décision basé sur l'IA générative. Les analyses peuvent contenir des erreurs ou des hallucinations. Elles ne constituent pas des conseils juridiques, financiers, fiscaux ou comptables professionnels. Vérifiez toujours auprès des sources officielles avant toute prise de décision.

6. Partage d'analyses

La fonctionnalité de partage de brief génère un lien public accessible à toute personne détenant l'URL. Il expire automatiquement après 7 jours et ne peut pas être révoqué par l'émetteur, faute de système d'authentification. En utilisant cette fonctionnalité, vous reconnaissez que le contenu partagé sera accessible jusqu'à expiration.

7. Propriété intellectuelle

La plateforme BizComp, son interface, son code et sa logique applicative sont la propriété exclusive de leurs auteurs. Les données issues de la BCE/KBO et de la BNB sont des données publiques soumises à leurs propres conditions de réutilisation.

8. Disponibilité

BizComp est fourni «tel quel» et «selon disponibilité», sans garantie de disponibilité ininterrompue ni d'absence d'erreurs. Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ou d'interrompre le service à tout moment.

9. Limitation de responsabilité

Dans toute la mesure permise par le droit applicable, BizComp décline toute responsabilité pour les dommages résultant de l'utilisation du service ou des décisions prises sur la base des analyses générées. Notre responsabilité totale est limitée à zéro euro, le service étant gratuit.

10. Droit applicable

Les présentes Conditions sont régies par le droit belge. Tout litige relève de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux belges.

2. Beschrijving van de dienst

BizComp Intelligence is een AI-aangedreven platform voor het bevragen van publieke gegevens over Belgische ondernemingen (KBO/BCE, NBB), zonder registratie, via een conversatie-interface in natuurlijke taal.

3. Toegestaan gebruik

Publieke informatie over Belgische ondernemingen opzoeken
Financiële gegevens uit publieke deponeringen analyseren
Ondernemingen vergelijken op basis van publieke gegevens
Analyserapporten genereren en delen voor legitieme persoonlijke of professionele doeleinden

4. Verboden gebruik

4.1 Technisch misbruik

Snelheidsbeperkingsmechanismen omzeilen of proberen te omzeilen
Geautomatiseerde verzoeken (bots, scrapers) indienen zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming
De service-infrastructuur opzettelijk overbelasten
Proberen toegang te krijgen tot systemen of databases die niet voor openbare toegang bestemd zijn

4.2 Onrechtmatig gebruik

De dienst gebruiken om personen lastig te vallen, te targeten of te bewaken
Gegevens over natuurlijke personen verzamelen voor niet-geautoriseerde commerciële profilering
Analysegegevens hergebruiken in strijd met rechten van derden of toepasselijke regelgeving
De dienst gebruiken voor illegale of de openbare orde verstorende activiteiten

4.3 AI-dienstmisbruik

Proberen onderliggende AI-modellen te extraheren of te reverse-engineeren
Inhoud indienen om AI-systeemuitvoer te manipuleren of te vertekenen
Gevoelige persoonsgegevens in zoekvelden invoeren

5. Gegevensnauwkeurigheid en AI-beperkingen

BizComp is een beslissingsondersteunend hulpmiddel op basis van generatieve AI. Analyses kunnen fouten of hallucinaties bevatten. Ze vormen geen professioneel juridisch, financieel, fiscaal of boekhoudkundig advies. Verifieer altijd aan de hand van officiële bronnen vóór beslissingen.

6. Analyses delen

De functie brief delen genereert een publieke link die toegankelijk is voor iedereen met de URL. Deze vervalt automatisch na 7 dagen en kan niet worden ingetrokken door de oorspronkelijke afzender — er is geen authenticatiesysteem. Door deze functie te gebruiken erkent u dat de gedeelde inhoud toegankelijk is totdat deze vervalt.

7. Intellectuele eigendom

Het BizComp-platform, zijn interface, code en applicatielogica zijn het exclusieve eigendom van hun auteurs. Gegevens van de KBO/BCE en NBB zijn publieke gegevens onderworpen aan hun eigen hergebruiksvoorwaarden.

8. Beschikbaarheid

BizComp wordt aangeboden "zoals het is" en "zoals beschikbaar", zonder garantie van ononderbroken beschikbaarheid of afwezigheid van fouten. Wij behouden ons het recht voor de dienst op elk moment te wijzigen of te beëindigen.

9. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid

Voor zover toegestaan door het toepasselijke recht wijst BizComp alle aansprakelijkheid af voor schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van de dienst of beslissingen op basis van gegenereerde analyses. Onze totale aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot nul euro, aangezien de dienst gratis is.

10. Toepasselijk recht

Deze Voorwaarden worden beheerst door het Belgisch recht. Elk geschil valt onder de exclusieve bevoegdheid van de Belgische rechtbanken.
